These terms govern the purchase of entry tickets to Winencore competitions and the use of losing tickets. Any order implies acceptance of these terms and of the game rules.
Ticket prices are shown in pounds sterling (£), all taxes included. Payment is made by bank card or Apple Pay through a secure payment provider. Tickets are allocated and confirmed by email immediately after payment is validated.
In accordance with the regulations applicable to games and competitions, tickets, once allocated, cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
Losing tickets are automatically awarded after each draw for every paid ticket that did not win the watch, and stay valid as long as the participant does not win a competition: a win uses up all accumulated losing tickets. They have no monetary value, are not refundable and can only be used in the Winencore shop. Every shop order is paid entirely in losing tickets; no additional payment is requested.
The watch won and the shop prizes are delivered to the winner after verification of their identity and age. Winencore contacts the winner within 48 hours to arrange delivery. Values shown are indicative; Winencore may offer a prize of equivalent value if unavailable.
Each participant is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. A forgotten password can be reset from the sign-in page. Winencore limits the number of accounts per person and reserves the right to suspend any account in case of fraud.
