At registration, Winencore collects: first name, last name, postal address, email address, phone number and the certification of legal age. During purchases, payment data is processed directly by our payment provider and is never stored by Winencore.
This data is used to manage the participant's account, allocate and confirm tickets, contact winners, deliver prizes, manage losing tickets and referrals, and send communications related to competitions (with the option to unsubscribe).
Data is kept for the lifetime of the account, then archived for as long as required by legal obligations.
Data is never sold. It may be passed on to the technical providers strictly necessary (payment, email delivery, hosting) and to partners for the delivery of a prize, only within that scope.
