Competitions are organised by Winencore Ltd (“Winencore”), available at win-encore.com. Entering implies full acceptance of these rules.
Winencore is a game of skill and knowledge: every entry requires a correct answer to a watch expertise question. It is strictly reserved for people aged 18 or over. At registration the participant certifies being of age; Winencore reserves the right to verify any winner's age and identity, and to disqualify any account that does not meet this condition.
Each competition puts a watch into play; the value shown is indicative. The maximum number of tickets, the ticket price and the draw date are displayed on the competition page. The draw date is never postponed; it can only be brought forward if all tickets are sold. A participant may buy up to 30 tickets per competition.
The winner is selected by a certified random number generator among all allocated tickets. A draw certificate is published after each competition. The winner is notified by email and contacted within 24 hours to arrange delivery of the watch.
At Winencore, no ticket is a losing ticket. After the draw, every paid ticket that did not win the watch automatically becomes a reusable losing ticket. These losing tickets stack up, are kept on the participant's account and can only be used in the Winencore shop to obtain the prizes offered there. They are neither refundable, nor exchangeable for money, nor transferable.
Shop tickets stay valid as long as the participant does not win a competition. When a participant wins a competition, all their accumulated shop tickets are used up: they contributed to winning the prize. In every other case, tickets keep their value as shop tickets.
Any order of at least 10 tickets earns a spin of the wheel, which awards between 1 and 6 extra tickets on the relevant competition or, failing that, on the featured competition. The wheel result is determined randomly according to probabilities set by Winencore.
Every participant has a referral link. A referral is validated at their first ticket purchase. Every 5 validated referrals, the referrer receives a free ticket on the featured competition. Winencore reserves the right to cancel any benefit obtained through multiple or fraudulent accounts.
Shop prizes are available exclusively with losing tickets. Their values are indicative and made possible by Winencore's partners. After an order, the Winencore team contacts the participant within 48 hours to arrange delivery of the prize.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. Any dispute relating to these rules falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Winencore Ltd's registered office.
